Digital printing aluminum composite panel comes with an optimised lacquer system for direct to substrate digital printing, showing excellent ink adhesion which allows advanced printing speed.
The higher performance means higher output and lower costs.
Digital printing aluminum composite panels are especially useful for digital UV flat printing, which has the outstanding features of smooth glossy surface, high definition printing and good printing ink absorption.

The product colour could be changed by vinyl application / spray paint / paint
We have commenced with 2 different products. One sheet which has white on both sides. The other with white on one side and silver on the other. Both options are priced the same.
All sheets are 3mm in thickness x 1220mm x 2440mm.
The Aluminum skin on either side is 0.21mm.
The core is suitable for bending.
The sheets are UV coated for improved print results. Faster ink drying. Increased printer speed.
Both sides have protection layer. Easy peeling for removal.
Good flatness.
